THE VASELINES

I want to start with this blog with a comment about a Scottish indie band called THE VASELINES.
The band was formed in the 80's and their association with Nirvana gave exposure to the band.
Kurt Cobain loved their songs and played with them in some of their gigs back in the 90's.
I had the chance to see them last year in SUMMERSONIC OSAKA and they were great.

Quiero empezar este blog con un commentario sobre un grupo indie escocés, THE VASELINES.
El grupo se formo en los 80 y su vinculación con Nirvana les hizo conocidos fuera de los entornos independientes escoceses. A Kurt Cobain le encantaba la música de THE VASELINES y toco con ellos en algunos conciertos en los 90. Yo tuve la oportunidad de verlos el año pasado en SUMMERSONIC OSAKA y estuvieron fantásticos.
